Washington, DC. Upon graduation from
Woodrow Wilson High School (1943) in the

jokes and laughter.

Jo is preceeded by her older sister, Margaret Dowell Cochran Kearney, and her brother, A.
Yates Dowell, Jr.

She leaves behind her daughter, Pat Hinson Conner (Mike Conner), many nieces and
nephews and their extended families. She kept in touch with family throughout her life.
