at Kaufman, Davis LLP in Bethesda, died Feb. 9 of lung cancer and
pneumonia at St. Luke's Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla.

He had previously worked as a comptroller for International Navigation
Corp. and served during the 1960s in the Air Force Reserve.

Warren Harrison Davis was a native Washingtonian and a 1960 graduate of
Western High School. In 1964, he received a bachelor's degree in accounting
from Benjamin Franklin University. He was a lifelong resident of the
Washington area until retiring in 1996, when he moved to Savannah, Ga. He
later moved to Jacksonville.

Mr. Davis served on the board of the Copenhaver homeowners association in
Potomac and the Bethesda Country Club.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Carol Henry Davis of Jacksonville;
two children, Christina D. Healy of Los Angeles and Michael J. Davis of
Springfield; two sisters, Jean Ray Evans of Springfield and Joan Ray Gould
of Melbourne, Fla.; and three granddaughters.
