Patricia Arnold Williams

Passed away at her home in Colonial Beach, VA Monday,
March 16, 2015.

Patricia was born in Washington, D.C. to Conway Hillyer
Arnold III and Della Jenkins Arnold on March 15, 1927. She
was a graduate of
Western High School (1945) Washington, D.C., where she was
president of Gamma RHO sorority. Patricia was a charter member of the Women of the
Moose of Colonial Beach. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother and grandmother.
She is loved by all who knew her and will be in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her son, Charles R. Rainey Jr. and his wife, Nora, of Vienna, VA and
their three children, Charles "Chaz" Rainey, Kathryn (Rainey) Sellers and Amanda
Rainey; daughter, Cheryl L. Taylor and her husband, Dennis of Colonial Beach and their
two children, David and Steven Taylor and Cheryl's son, John Burrell; daughter, Karen
(Rainey) Blanchard and her husband, Frank "Skip" Blanchard Jr. of Virginia Beach and
their four children, Brooke, Laura, Frank III "Trey", and Bryan Blanchard; daughter Linda
P. Haines of Charlottesville and her four children, Glenn "Randy" and Kristen "Renee"
Haines, Carley and Thomas Hurley Jr; stepson, Silas D. Williams and his wife, Rosa, of
Bluffton, S.C. and their son, Donald Williams; six great-grandchildren and a special family
friend, Andrea Stern. Patricia is also survived by her sister Justine Davidson and niece
Barbara Wolcott, both of Sebastopol, CA.

She was predeceased by her husband, Silas Williams Jr and infant granddaughter,
Kristina Burrell.

The family would like to thank Medi Home Hospice of Fredericksburg and Erin
Childers,for their continued care and support.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 19 at Nash & Slaw
Funeral Home, Colonial Beach.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 20 at St. Elizabeth's
Catholic church, Colonial Beach.

Interment will follow in Historyland Memorial Park, King George.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Elizabeth's Catholic church,
Box 275,Colonial Beach,VA 22443.
