Nancy M. McCann, 58, an artist who worked as a sales clerk at the Michaels art supply
store in Sterling in the early 2000s, died June 13 at her home in Reston. She had
multiple myeloma, a form of cancer.
From 1974 to 1978, Mrs. McCann was a secretary for the Associated General
Contractors of America.
Nancy Charlene Moffett was a Manassas native and a 1970 graduate of Western High
School in Washington.
Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Patrick McCann, and their daughter, Jennifer
McCann, both of Reston; and a sister, Rhonda Howdyshell of Middlebrook, Va.
