Wanda Krutch, 77 of Greensboro (Mapletown), Pa. and formerly of Cleveland, Ohio, died at
6:27 A. M. on Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at Laurel Ridge Center, Uniontown, Pa.

She was born November 4, 1928 in Centerville, Pa., a daughter of the late Raymond Carl and
Maurine Burroughs Phillips.

Mrs. Krutch was a 1946 graduate of
McKinley Technical High School (1946) in Washington,
D. C. and was a 1950 graduate of Heiskell Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in
Morgantown, W. Va.

She was a member of the Mt. Morris Gospel Tabernacle and worked as a registered nurse at
several Cleveland, Ohio area hospitals. From 1977 until 1987, she worked at Monongalia
General Hospital, Morgantown, W. Va. and last worked from 1988 until 1989 at the former
Curry Memorial Home, Waynesburg, Pa.

Surviving are a brother, Robert T. Phillips of Ocala, Fla; two sisters, Evelyn Tao and Mary Lee
Leneskie, both of Mapletown and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are her husband, Frank R. Krutch, who died in 1977 and a brother, Raymond Carl
Phillips, Jr. Family and friends are welcomed from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P. M. on Thursday in the
Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street (Route
88), Carmichaels, Pa. (724-966-5500) where funeral services will be held at 1:00 P. M. on
Friday, June 9, 2006 with Pastor Fred W. Tomlinson officiating.

Interment will follow at Monongahela Hill Cemetery, Mapletown.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Mt. Morris Gospel Tabernacle,
P. O. Box 36, Mt. Morris, PA 15349.
