Of Alexandria, VA, living in Urbanna, VA passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017.

She was the daughter of the late Lima and Edward Cobb of Washington, DC. She was married
to the late Thomas J. Frazier for 62 years.

A consummate homemaker, Betty Lou is the beloved mother of Daniel T. Frazier (Amy), Susan
J. Frazier-Harris (Brendan) and Lorna A. Frazier-Lindsey (Jerry), and cherished grandmother of
Christopher and James Arrington, Carly and Teagan Harris, Megan and Jerry Lindsey, Keiven
Alexander and Cory Cruz and adoring great-grandmother of Thomas James Arrington.

Betty Lou grew up in Washington, DC, graduating from McKinley Tech High School (1948).

She worked for Kahn's Department Store and PEPCO in DC.

She will be missed by many.

A memorial service will be held at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, 5755 Castlewellan Dr. Alexandria,
VA 22315 on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 10 a.m.

Inurnment will follow at Arlington National Cemetery at 2 p.m.
