BARRY IRWIN LIPOV  

Passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Sunday, April
15, 2012.
was born March 27, 1937 in Washington, DC and lived his entire life in the
Washington, DC area. Barry graduated from
McKinley Tech High School in
NE, DC and then served eight years in the United States Coast Guard Reserves.

In 1958 he married the love of his life Rose Halle. This past year they celebrated
their 54th wedding anniversary. His career in sales spanned over 50 years serving
in several fields most recently working in water management and conservation
efforts. Barry's greatest love was spending time with his family. He will be
remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend
who touched the lives of many.

Barry is survived by his beloved wife Rose Halle Lipov, his three children and
their families; Larry (Jan) Lipov of Charleston, SC, Beth(Neil) Brami of
Rockville, MD, Jill(Ron)Tievy of Olney, MD and his six grandchildren, Bryan,
Erika, Lauren, Adam, Win and Halle. Barry also leaves behind his sister and
brother; Vicki Lipov, Richard (Jeri) Lipov.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 10:30 am at
Dansansky-Goldberg Memorial Chapels, Inc., 1170 Rockville Pike, Rockville,
MD 20852.

Interment at King David Memorial Gardens, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church,
VA 22042.
