Raymond F. Rinn (Pat)
Raymond (Pat) Rinn, age 87, died peacefully at home in Leisure World on Sunday, July 30,
Raymond grew up in Altoona, PA and Washington, DC where he attended Holy Comforter
grade school and graduated from Gonzaga high school in 1948.
He served on the USS Albany for four years and then followed in his father's trade as a
pressman for the Army Map Service and the CIA for 32 years. He retired to Delaware and
continued to volunteer his services.
He leaves his wife, Anne Doherty Rinn and five children, Patrick, Raymond and Joan Rinn,
Catherine Syphax and Mary Yee; and eight grandchildren, Alexander and Michael, Caitlin
and Jessica, Teresa and Michael, and Matija and Jack; and his brother, the late Charles
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Our Lady Of Grace Catholic Church, (just outside
the Norbeck entrance to Leisure World), 15661 Norbeck Blvd., Silver Spring, MD 20906
on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 11 a.m. with viewing to begin at 10:30 a.m.
Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, an offering to Catholic Relief
