Anna Elizabeth Bryan Kinney

On February 28, 2017, her 90th birthday, Anna Elizabeth
Kinney (nee Bryan) died at Vantage House in Columbia, MD.

She is survived by her daughters Kelly Anna Irvine (John)
and Mary Elizabeth Raivel (Richard Moore); granddaughter
Nora Elizabeth Talbott; sister Margaret Bruce (Wayne),
and nephew and niece Gary Bruce (Bonnie), and Tammy
Bruce-Commisso (Steven).

She was predeceased by her husband, Neil T. Kinney, and previously Timothy O.
Scannell, as well as her niece Kimberly Bruce.

Born in Washington, DC, she later lived in New Hampshire and ultimately Maryland. A
graduate of
Eastern High School in Washington, DC (1945), she served as a
civilian employee in the gun factory at the Washington Navy Yard and later the U.S.
Department of Commerce, until she retired in 1995.

She also was a seamstress, artist, and lover of travel and lifelong learning.

Burial service on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Baltimore National Cemetery,
5501 Frederick Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228.

Memorial service and reception on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Historic
Oakland, 5430 Vantage Point Road, Columbia, MD 21044.
