Mary Louise Clipper, 92, a homemaker and church member, died of a heart attack May 13 at the South River Health and
Rehabilitation Center in Edgewater.
Mrs. Clipper was born in Mount Hope, W.Va., and moved to the Washington area when she was a child. She graduated from the
old Central High School in Washington.
She was a full-time homemaker who enjoyed gardening, boating, horses, fishing and the outdoors. She was a charter member
of Blair Baptist Church and a 48-year resident of Bowie.
Her husband, Evans H. Clipper, died in 1989.
Survivors include her two sons, Bernard E. Clipper of Salisbury, Md., and Carl E. Clipper of Sunderland; seven grandchildren;
and nine great-grandchildren.
