Helen Feldman Levy, 90, who was an outstanding amateur golfer and tennis player and who worked as a secretary at Walter
Reed Army Medical Center, died Nov. 21 at her home in Rockville. She had dementia.
Mrs. Levy was born in Washington and graduated from the old Central High School. She excelled in sports and won many
trophies in tennis and golf, particularly at Indian Spring Country Club in Silver Spring, where she was a member.
She worked at Walter Reed in the 1940s and later worked with her husband at Kennedy Hardware in Washington. Her husband
of 49 years, Stanley J. Levy, died in 1985.
Survivors include two children, Robert Levy of Naples, Fla., and Elaine Einbinder of New Port Richey, Fla.; a brother; and two
