Robert L. Terrell Jr.

Robert L. Terrell Jr., 78, who owned and operated an electronics sales firm in Silver Spring for more than 20 years, died of
pneumonia Nov. 27 at SuperiorWoodsHealthcareCenter in Ypsilanti, Mich.
Mr. Terrell, a native Washingtonian, attended  CentralHigh School and BlissElectricalSchool and graduated from the University
of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in engineering.
He served in the Navy from 1955 to 1958 aboard the aircraft carrier USS Antietam.
He returned to the Washington area, married and started his company, G.T. Associates.
In 1990, Mr. Terrell retired to Hendersonville, N.C., where he owned and operated a parcel-packing store for the next 15 years.
He moved to Michigan in 2006.
Survivors include his wife, Joan Estelle Evans Terrell of Silver Spring; three children, Julie Lebovitz of Pittsburgh, Jeffrey Terrell of
Ann Arbor and John Terrell of Silver Spring; and seven grandchildren.
