Martha B. Wooten

Martha B. Wooten, 95, a 50-year resident
of Annapolis, died March 13 at home.

Born in Ada, OK, Martha graduated from
Central High School in Washington, DC.

She was employed with the Anne Arundel
Planning and Zoning. Participating in the
Washington and Annapolis Choral Societies, she
enjoyed music, in addition to her affection for cats.

She was a life-long member of the Church of Christ.

Martha was married on February 17, 1946 to Chesley E. Wooten, who
preceded her in death in 2007.

She is survived by her daughters, Rachel Sholar of Elkridge, and Ruth Davis
of Franklin, TN; and five grandchildren.

A visitation is planned from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, March 15, at the Annapolis
Church of Christ, 1601 Ritchie Hwy, Arnold 21012, where a funeral service
will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 16.
Burial St. Anne's Cemetery.

SPCA and the Haitian Christian Foundation, 402 Cypress St., Suite 511,
Abilene, TX 79601.
